Merida's (aweful) new look

hay you guys have heard about Merida's new look?
and how it's terrible.

I personally HATE this new design because of these changes. I don't care about how the dress is sparkly (because that's just part of the brand) or (kinda) how the hair looks (its ok, i just don't like that its all wind-blown and waaay less curly than its suppposed to be.)


here's where i want us (DA) to step in.
put your thoughts in the comments and maybe repost this as your journal or something. (link back here)
also make the Disney Merida 2d redesign for the disney franchise that YOU want to see and link it here.
and if anyone you know has any sort of power, or anything to do in the disney company that could take this all the way and get this fixed!
or you could make an essay, paragraph, comic, other written media collecting your thoughts on the matter.

just a few things first:
1) the dress can be sparkly. again, the entire Disney princess franchise has sparkly dresses in alot of the pics so that won't be a problem.
2) she has to have her bow and quiver.
3) this has to be a 2d drawing
4) make it an amazing drawing, this is trying to get Disney's attention afterall (not that you should ever post any art you aren't proud of!)
5) don't outright slam the Disney company with no rhyme or reason, you should try to make all arguments related to this issue.
